Rondilo is provided by Jonathan Ilk, trading as JMilk Software. Contact details are in the legal notice. Our privacy notice explains how we process personal data.

Using Rondilo

Rondilo lets you create and play quizzes. Paid passes provide the features and limits shown on the pricing page for the selected term. Passes do not renew automatically. When a pass ends, the Free plan applies.

An account that has never had a pass can take one free trial of Party Pass. It lasts 30 days, needs no payment and ends by itself. We may stop offering the free trial at any time. A trial already started runs to its end.

Passes are sold through Link. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax and issues your receipt, under the Sold through Link terms. We provide the pass and remain responsible for Rondilo. Prices include VAT. Checkout may charge you in your local currency.

Refunds

Ask Link support about refunds and withdrawal, under the Sold through Link refund policy, or write to us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your content

You must have the rights to the content you submit, including pictures, sounds and names. For a sound, you also need the OK of anyone who can be heard in it. Content must not be unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights.

With Detailed History, you keep your players' names and answers. Make sure you are allowed to, for example under your school's or company's rules.

Public quizzes

Published quizzes and your public username are visible to everyone. You retain your rights in your content. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display the published version and let others play it, copy it into their libraries and edit and play those copies. Unpublishing or removal ends this permission for new copies; existing copies may remain and be used under this licence.

Public quizzes and usernames must not contain:

  • hate, harassment, bullying, violence, threats or support for extremism or terrorism
  • sexual content, child endangerment or encouragement of self-harm or suicide
  • unlawful content, personal data or material you have no right to use
  • spam, advertising, misleading content or impersonation

Moderation and reports

We use automated screening and human review for public quizzes and usernames. Automated screening can approve or reject submissions or refuse a username. Reports can trigger temporary hiding pending review. We may restrict or remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, for breaches of these terms or the law.

You can report content or contest a restriction through the contact form or the email address in the legal notice. For an illegal-content notice, include the content's link or location, why you consider it unlawful, your name and email address, and confirmation that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. A name and email are not required for notices concerning sexual abuse or exploitation of children or child sexual abuse material.

Ratings

We do not verify whether someone has played a quiz before rating it.
